Local moving:

Local moving rates are based on an hourly rate from within our home market of Ottawa-Hull. Rates are based on the number of men and are charged from the warehouse and return. The usual crew is 3 men and a truck. All moves vary however, to give you a ball park figure, it usually takes one to one and a half hours per room to complete a move using three men. If your new home is more then a half hour from your present home, add the additional traveling time to your estimate.

Packing is extra and is charged by the number of cartons packed. For local moves, you can pack yourself, but we recommend professional packing of mirrors, pictures, and marble. We also recommend mattress covers and wardrobe boxes for your clothing.
